The 2016 EB-5 September Visa Bulletin has been released by the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs. The visa bulletin chart reveals no changes for September.
The EB-5 September Visa Bulletin cut-off date is still February 15, 2014, for Mainland-born Chinese applicants. All other countries, such as El Salvador, India, Mexico and the Philippines remain ‘C’ or current.
The application final action cut-off date of February 15, 2014, for Mainland-born Chinese, is for both the non-Regional Center, as well as the Regional Center applicants.
Although there hasn’t been much movement in months for the EB-5 visa, some suspect that will change and we’ll see movement in October.
