Take a look at where in the world EB-5 Daily’s visitors are coming from. See where EB-5 popularity is growing.

Here’s a close look at EB-5 Daily’s views by country for 2019 as well as 2018.

So far, in 2019, EB-5 Daily has had visitors from 135 different countries. These are the top 12 countries:

In 2018, EB-5 Daily had visitors from 161 different countries.

The top visitor for both years is the United States, what does that mean?
There are a few reasons why the United States is consistently by far the top country for EB-5 Daily.
1. EB-5 Daily does not just attract potential foreign investors, but regional centers, project developers, real estate companies, immigration and securities attorneys, and other EB-5 professionals in the USA.
2. Many potential investors researching the EB-5 Program already reside in the U.S. on other temporary visas or frequently travel to the U.S. for business, tourism, or educational purposes.
3. EB-5 Daily is based in the U.S. and is the #1 source on google for EB-5 news.
Which EB-5 markets show strong potential?
Following the U.S., the top two markets staying fairly consistent over the year is India and Vietnam. This follows the real EB-5 market trend, with India set to overcome Vietnam for the number two EB-5 visa spot after Mainland China.

What may be more interesting is the next five countries for 2019:

1. UAE
2. Canada
3. South Africa
4. U.K.
5. Hong Kong
Here, the only change from 2018 is that South Africa so far over took Taiwan in the amount of views EB-5 Daily received. This could change by the end of 2019, but it could also indicate a shift in EB-5 markets.
Why is Mainland China not one of the top countries?
There are a few potential reasons for this:
1. Internet censorship in Mainland China is one possible reason.
2. Visa retrogression for Mainland China has caused a big drop in interest.
3. Chinese investors prefer to let EB-5 agents do a lot of the initial EB-5 Program due diligence.
Despite these challenges, China was still in the top 15 countries by viewership for EB-5 Daily in 2018.
