The dates for filing for the EB-5 Non-Regional Center Program as well as the Regional Center Program are current for all countries except Mainland China. The dates for Mainland China have not changed from last month. They are still September 1, 2014, for both the EB-5 Non-Regional Center as well as the Regional Center Program.
