December 2016 EB-5 Visa Bulletin

The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs released the December 2016 EB-5 visa bulletin.

More small changes appear in the December 2016 EB-5 visa bulletin.

Chart 5A, Final Action Dates For Employment-Based Preference Cases shows a new change in dates for Mainland born Chinese applicants in both the non-regional center program as well as in the regional center program. The December 2016, EB-5 visa bulletin shows the new dates as March 22, 2014.

This is a small change from November’s EB-5 visa bulletin which showed the date for both employment based categories (non-regional center and regional center) as March 8, 2014. The date moved up by two weeks.

Chart 5B, Dates For Filing Of Employment-Based Visa Applications reveals no change in date for Mainland born Chinese applicants for both the non-regional center as well as the regional center. The date remains June 15, 2014.

The dates for applicants from all other countries remains “C” or current.
