Upcoming EB-5 Program October 2018 Visa Bulletin

The Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs has released their EB-5 Program October 2018 Visa Bulletin ahead of the September 30th expiration date.

While the EB-5 Regional Center final action dates are listed as U or unauthorized as it approaches the program’s sunset date, the final action dates for Non-Regional Center is C or current for all countries other than China and Vietnam. The final action dates for China advance one week to August 15, 2014. Good news for Vietnam is that the date advanced all the way to January 1, 2016.

The date for filing for both Regional Center and Non-Regional Center remains current for all countries other than China. Unfortunately for China the date remains October 1, 2014.

Potential investors who are worried about the EB-5 Regional Center expiring or being reformed can invest prior to the deadline to lock in their spots. Consult with an EB-5 immigration attorney and take EB-5 Daily’s evaluation below to get started.
