Resorts, casinos and hotels remain a popular type of investment. EB-5 applicants continue to invest millions of dollars into these projects. Internationally recognized brand names associated with resorts, hotels and casinos continue to inspire confidence and gain capital from foreigners who are looking for a secure investment.

The medical and health care field is becoming less popular for EB-5 investors, but multi-family developments have surged. Rising rent prices in cities and decreases in vacancies show increasing demand for new housing developments.

Mixed-use developments have doubled in popularity. More and more foreign investors are looking for mixed-use projects to invest in.
