EB-5 Program

EB-5 Regional Center Program Was Extended Until December 22

The EB-5 Regional Center Program was extended until December 22 without change as a part of the Continuing Resolution that passed Congress today.

President Donald Trump is expected to sign the Continuing Resolution, which will officially extend the EB-5 Regional Center Program for about two weeks.

What does this mean for investors?

Although the EB-5 Regional Center Program was extended until December 22, it’s future remains unclear. Therefore, investors should strongly consider applying for the Program before December 22.

How can investors find out more?

Potential entrepreneurs looking at the EB-5 investor program should consider consulting with an EB-5 immigration attorney to learn more about EB-5 as an immigration opportunity.
