EB-5 Regional Center Program Sunset Date Is Next Week–February 15th

Here’s what you should do before that date if you’d like to lock in your EB-5 spot.

The U.S. government may enter a second shutdown if no bipartisan compromise can be made on or before February 15th. A government shutdown would affect the EB-5 Regional Center Program, which needs reauthorization.

Before that happens, however, interested investors can take advantage of the short extension given to the program and apply now.
