New India Final Action Date: January 1, 2019 (an advancement of over 2 months)
News from the EB-5 Stakeholder Engagement: India is expected to become current by the summer of 2020 due to diminished demand.
New Vietnam Final Action Date: February 8, 2017 (an advancement of 3 weeks)
News from the EB-5 Stakeholder Engagement: Vietnam may receive unused visas that China was previously receiving, but can’t receive at the moment because the Chinese consulate is closed.
China Final Action Date: May 15, 2015 (same as the March Visa Bulletin)
News from the EB-5 Stakeholder Engagement: China will be affected by the I-526 processing change to the visa availability approach. Chart B of the Visa Bulletin will be used, see below. Additionally, the Chinese consulate is currently closed.
All other countries are current and can apply for a visa after they receive I-526 Petition approval.
Dates for Filing:
The dates for filing for applicants from Mainland China are the same dates as the previous visa bulletin.
