The U.S. Department of State—Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the latest EB-5 visa bulletin for August 2020 and here’s what it shows.

EB-5 August 2020 Final Action Dates:

Final action dates for Mainland China advanced two weeks to August 8, 2015 and for Vietnam they advanced a little more than 2 months to July 22, 2017. India and all other countries remain current.

EB-5 August 2020 Dates for Filing:

Dates for filing for Mainland China remain December 15, 2015.
