The Department of State—Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the upcoming EB-5 Visa Bulletin for January 2021.
Here are the latest final action dates and dates for filing for the non-Regional Center EB-5 category.
Latest EB-5 News:
Please note that the EB-5 preference class for Regional Center applicants is “U” for unauthorized as the Program is up for reauthorization, but President Trump has yet to sign the new Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, into law. It will remain “U” until legislation is passed to reauthorize the program. The EB-5 non-Regional Center preference class represents the permanent EB-5 Direct Investment Program and therefore reveals the latest final action dates.
Final Action Dates
The final action dates for Mainland China non-Regional Center applicants remains the same as last month: August 15, 2015. Vietnam, however, advanced two weeks to September 15, 2017, for non-Regional Center applicants. India and all other countries remain “C” or current for non-Regional Center applicants.
Dates for Filing
The Dates for Filing for Mainland China have remained the same: December 15, 2015. All other areas are “C” or current.
