The upcoming EB-5 Visa Bulletin for July 2020 reveals current final action dates for India for both Regional Center Program and non-Regional Center Program applicants.

EB-5 final action dates

India’s upcoming final action dates advanced more than 6 months. Mainland China’s upcoming final action dates advanced one week and Vietnam’s advanced about three weeks.

Note: According to Charles Oppenheim, Chief of the Visa Control and Reporting Division at the U.S. Department of State, in a webinar with IIUSA on June 16th, he does not expect India final action dates to retrogress.

Mainland China’s Dates for Filing for visa applications will remain the same, December 15, 2015.
