EB-5 Visa Bulletin for March 2020 Shows Advancement

The EB-5 Visa Bulletin for March 2020, released by the U.S. Department of State—Bureau of Consular Affairs shows new advancement for Mainland China, India and Vietnam.

Final Action Dates for the EB-5 Visa Bulletin for March 2020:

Investors can compare their priority date (I-526 Petition receipt date given to them by USCIS) to the final action date chart below. If their priority date is on or before the final action date listed for their country of origin they may proceed with the EB-5 process, apply for a visa, and receive one when one becomes available.

Mainland China, India and Vietnam remain the only three countries with final action dates. All other countries remain current. Mainland China, India and Vietnam’s final action dates will all advance from these dates in February to these dates in March:

Vietnam Dec. 15, 2016 Jan. 15, 2017

Mainland China saw the biggest advancement, almost a six-month advancement. India advanced almost two months and Vietnam advanced a month.

Dates for Filing for the EB-5 Visa Bulletin for March 2020:

The dates for filing for Mainland China have advanced from May 15, 2015, to December 15, 2015. All other countries have remained current.
