The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs has finally released the EB-5 Visa Bulletin for November 2020. Usually, the visa bulletin is released around the middle of the month, but this month it was released roughly two weeks later. Here’s what it shows:
The Final Action Dates for Mainland China for both the regional center program and the non-regional center program are August 15, 2015, and the Final Action Dates for Vietnam for the regional center program and non-regional center program are August 15, 2017. The Final Action Dates for Mainland China have remained the same for November, while the Final Action Dates for Vietnam have advanced two weeks for November. All other countries remain “C” or current.
The Dates for Filing for all countries except Mainland China is current. Mainland China has a Dates for Filing listed as December 15, 2015. The Dates for Filing for Mainland China has remained the same since March, 2020.
The only EB-5 notes on the Visa Bulletin are in part E. which states that the EB-5 Regional Center Program was extended to December 11, 2020, through H.R. 8337 (Continuing Appropriations Act, 2021 and Other Extensions Act [P.L. 116-159]).
