The EB-5 Visa Bulletin for October 2020 has been released and unfortunately for Mainland China and Vietnam, what it shows is that there will be no advancements.
For all other areas, the EB-5 categories of the visa bulletin are “C” for current or “U” meaning that it is unauthorized. The EB-5 Regional Center Program will expire after September 30, if not reauthorized by Congress and President Trump this month.
Final Action Dates
The final action dates for Mainland China for the non-Regional Center category remains August 15, 2015. The final action dates for Vietnam for the non-Regional Center category remains August 1, 2017. All other areas for the non-Regional Center category are current. If the Regional Center category were current and not listed as “U” for unauthorized, it’s likely that they would be the same as the non-Regional Center category dates.
Dates for Filing
The dates for filing for Mainland China for both the non-Regional Center and Regional Center categories are December 15, 2015. All other areas are current.
