The upcoming EB-5 Visa Bulletin for September 2019 has been released. Between August’s Visa Bulletin and September’s one big change has occurred. The final action date for India progressed several years.
In August’s Visa Bulletin India had the same final action date, the 15th of October, 2014, as Mainland China and Vietnam, but in September’s Visa Bulletin, India jumped to the 1st of September 2017.
Meanwhile, the final action dates for Mainland China and Vietnam only progressed one week to the 22nd of October, 2014. All other countries have remained current.
The dates for filing saw a one week advancement for Mainland China, which is now November 22, 2014. All other countries’ dates for filing remain current.
Expect the final action dates to advance in October as the 2020 visa allotment becomes available. Indian nationals with a priority date in the summer or winter of 2017 will likely begin receiving EB-5 visas while Vietnamese nationals with a priority date mid- 2016 will receive theirs.
