New changes were posted to the EB-5 Visa Bulletin for December 2017 for Mainland China born applicants. All other applicants’ dates remain current.

For Mainland China born applicants, the upcoming December EB-5 Visa Bulletin has updated final action dates for EB-5, but not the dates for filing. The dates for filing remain the same as November.

In November, the EB-5 final action dates for Mainland China born applicants were July 1, 2014, for both regional center and non-regional center categories. The upcoming December EB-5 visa bulletin shows that the final action dates for Mainland China born applicants moved up two weeks to July 15, 2014.

The December visa bulletin’s dates for filing remained October 1, 2014, for both regional center and non-regional center categories.
