The Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs has released its upcoming February 2019 EB-5 visa bulletin.

The final action dates for the EB-5 non-regional center category is current for all countries except Mainland China and Vietnam. The final action date for Mainland China is September 1, 2014, and the final action date for Vietnam is June 15, 2016. This date for Mainland China has not moved, but the date for Vietnam has progressed two weeks since January’s visa bulletin.

The final action dates for the EB-5 regional center program is classified as ‘U’ or unauthorized for all countries during the government shutdown. These dates will be updated as soon as the government reopens and the EB-5 regional center is reauthorized.

The dates for filing for the EB-5 non-regional center program as well as the regional center program are current for all countries except for Mainland China. In both programs, the date for filing for Mainland China applicants is October 1, 2014. These dates are the same as January’s, indicating a slow processing time, likely due to the government shutdown.
