February EB-5 Visa Bulletin

New February EB-5 Visa Bulletin is available.

The February EB-5 Visa Bulletin for 2017 has the following change:

The final action dates for the employment-based preference cases have changed for China-mainland born EB-5 investors. The new date is April 15th, 2014, for both regional center investors as well as non-regional center investors. That date has moved up almost a month since the December Visa Bulletin. The action date for investors from all other countries remains current.

The date for filing of employment-based visa applications has not changed for China-mainland born investors. This date remains June 15, 2014, for both regional center investors as well as non regional center investors. Additionally, the date for filing EB-5 visa applications for all other countries remains current.
