U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs has released its January 2019 EB5 Visa Bulletin.

The final action dates for the non-Regional Center EB5 applicants are all Current except for Mainland China and Vietnam, which have shown slight movement. Mainland China is now listed as September 1, 2014, and Vietnam is now listed as June 1, 2016.

Final action dates for all regional center applicants is currently listed as Unauthorized. While the EB5 Regional Center Program has been extended, the program comes up for renewal on December 21st. If renewed, the final action dates for all countries not in retrogression will immediately be listed as Current.

The dates for filing are Current for all countries except Mainland China. Applicants from Mainland China applying to the non-Regional Center Program as well as the Regional Center Program, unfortunately, will not see any movement in January 2019. The date for filing remains October 1, 2014.
