July 2017 EB-5 Visa Bulletin

The July 2017 EB-5 visa bulletin reveals no new changes.

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs released the July 2017 EB-5 visa bulletin showing no changes in final action dates or filing application dates for regional center and non-regional center applicants.

While all countries other than Mainland China are “current” on their final action dates and their filing application dates, Mainland China’s final action date has not changed from June 8, 2014 and their filing application date has not changed from September 1, 2014 for both the regional center and non-regional center applicants.

The application filing dates for Mainland China have not changed in the last three months.
