July EB-5 Visa Bulletin Released: Final Action Dates Advance

The upcoming EB-5 Visa Bulletin for July 2021 has been released by the U.S. Department of State—Bureau of Consular Affairs.

FINAL ACTION DATES:

The Final Action Dates for the July 2021 Visa Bulletin for Mainland China, Vietnam and the rest of the world are as follows:

Mainland China:

EB-5 Regional Center: November 8, 2015

EB-5 non-Regional Center: November 8, 2015

Vietnam:

EB-5 Regional Center: April 1, 2020

EB-5 non-Regional Center: April 1, 2020

The rest of the world:

“C” or current for both 5th preference classes (EB-5 Regional Center and non-Regional Center).

Prior Month’s Final Action Dates:

Once again China’s final action date has advanced, moving up nearly two months to November 8, 2015. Vietnam’s final action dates have taken a huge leap, advancing nearly two years to April 1, 2020. 

The Dates for Filing for the July 2021 Visa Bulletin for Mainland China and the rest of the world are as follows:

Mainland China:

EB-5 Regional Center: December 15, 2015

EB-5 non-Regional Center: December 15, 2015

The Rest of the World:

“C” or current for both 5th preference classes (EB-5 Regional Center and non-Regional Center).
