Any investors who filed their I-526 petitions prior to the June 8, 2014, deadline have become eligible to schedule their interviews with the U.S. Department of State Consular affairs so that they can proceed with their applications and receive a conditional visa. This final action date is also important for Chinese investors who are eligible to apply for adjustment of status. This date is for both regional center applicants as well as non-regional center applicants.
The final action date for all other countries remains current.
