Latest EB-5 Case Processing Times & Receipt Dates for Case Inquiries

Here are the latest EB-5 case processing times for the I-526 Immigrant Petition for Alien Investor. 

The overall estimated time range listed on USCIS is 37 months to 73.5 months. Below that, however, is a slight breakdown for investors from Mainland China and all other areas.

Mainland China born investors have an estimated time range of 55 months to 75.5 months. They have a case inquiry date of July 13, 2014. Since last month, the estimated time range for Mainland Chinese increased roughly one month, while the case inquiry date advanced about two weeks. 

Investors from all other areas have an estimated time range of 31 months to 58 months and a case inquiry date of December 20, 2015. Since last month, this estimated time range has decreased slightly while the case inquiry date advanced nearly three months. The case inquiry date, however, is still listed so far back as to seemingly deter all investors from making any inquiries.
