The bad news is that Mainland China’s final action dates have remained unchanged. They are still listed as August 15, 2014, for the Direct Program as well as the Regional Center Program.
Vietnam, however, has seen movement. The final action dates for Vietnamese applicants has moved up one month to January 1, 2016, for both EB-5 Programs.
More bad news for China. The dates for filing the EB-5 visa applications has not changed. The date for filing for both the Regional Center Program and the Direct Program is October 1, 2014.
The dates for filing for all other countries, including Vietnam, is current.
Earlier this year, the EB-5 processing times were speeding up for applicants from Mainland China, however, they seem to have slowed down again.
