The upcoming EB-5 Visa Bulletin for October 2021 has been released by the U.S. Department of State—Bureau of Consular Affairs.
Unfortunately, with the regional center program on hold, USCIS cannot issue EB-5 visas to petitions associated with a regional center. The final action dates of EB-5 petitions associated with regional centers are listed as “U” unauthorized for all countries. Final action dates for non-regional center EB-5 petitions are still able to be processed.
