September 2018 EB-5 Visa Bulletin

The upcoming September 2018 EB-5 visa bulletin has been released by the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs.

A small change occurred in the September 2018 visa bulletin.

Compared to last month, August 2018’s visa bulletin, September’s saw a sliver of movement in the EB-5 final action dates for investors from Mainland China and Vietnam. The date has moved up from August 1, 2014, to August 8, 2014. There was no change to the dates for filing. Mainland China is still listed as October 1, 2014 and Vietnam is still current. All other countries also remain current.

The good news is that no other countries are currently facing retrogression. The bad news is that the final action dates and the dates for filing are lagging. Despite hopefulness earlier in the year, processing times remain slow.
