The Final Action Dates for the December 2020 Visa Bulletin for Mainland China, Vietnam and the rest of the world are as follows:
Mainland China:
EB-5 Regional Center: August 15, 2015
EB-5 non-Regional Center: August 15, 2015
Vietnam:
EB-5 Regional Center: September 1, 2017
EB-5 non-Regional Center: September 1, 2017
The rest of the world:
“C” or current for both 5th preference classes (EB-5 Regional Center and non-Regional Center).
Prior Month’s Final Action Dates:
Compared to the November EB-5 Visa Bulletin only Vietnam has advanced. Mainland China Final Action Dates have remained the same, but Vietnam Final Action Dates have advanced two weeks.

I-526 Processing Times:
The USCIS estimated time range for the I-526 Immigrant Petition by Alien Investor for Mainland China applicants is 49 months – 52.5 months and has a receipt date for a case inquiry of July 24, 2016.
The rest of the world has an estimated time range for the I-526 Petition from USCIS of 27.5 months – 40.5 months and a receipt date for a case inquiry of July 17, 2017.
