Here’s the upcoming June 2019 EB-5 Visa Bulletin.

The June 2019 EB-5 Visa Bulletin shows slight advancement for both the Final Action Dates and the Dates for Filing.

Additionally, the June 2019 EB-5 Visa Bulletin reveals that no other countries besides Mainland China and Vietnam have entered retrogression.

Final Action Dates:

Mainland China – Regional Center and non-Regional Center dates advance about one-week from September 22, 2014, to October 1, 2014.

Vietnam – Regional Center and non-Regional Center dates advance about one-week from September 22, 2016, to October 1, 2016.

All other countries – Remain current.

Dates for Filing:

Mainland China – Regional Center and non-Regional Center dates advance about two-weeks from October 15, 2014, to November 1, 2014.

All other countries – Remain current.
