The U.S. Department of State—Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the upcoming September 2020 EB-5 Visa Bulletin and here’s what it shows.
Final Action Dates
The Final Action Dates for all countries except Mainland China and Vietnam remain current. India remains current along with the rest of the world.
Mainland China’s final action date has advanced one week to August 15, 2015 for both the regional center and non-regional center cases.
Vietnam has also advanced roughly one week to August 1, 2017 for both regional center and non-regional center cases.
Dates for Filing
Dates for Filing continue to only impact Mainland China applicants and remains December 15, 2015.
Filing for Adjustment of Status
According to the U.S. Department of State, use the Final Action Date chart from August to determine when to file for an application for adjustment of status.
