U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has updated their EB-5 processing times.
There’s now a much wider time range for processing time for Immigrant Petition for Alien Entrepreneur (I-526) at the Immigrant Investor Program Office. The range is now 29 months to 45.5 months.
Additionally, they have posted a table showing a receipt date for when an applicant can inquire about their case:
The processing times for Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove the Conditions on Permanent Resident Status (I-829) also show a wider range. The range is now 25.5 months to 40.5 months.

Don’t be discouraged, however, as it appears as though it may just be the Immigrant Investor Office trying to stop case inquiries from taking too much time away from processing work.
